Terms of Sale

1.Who we are

Transit Signals products are created and provided by Araucaria sp. z o.o., ul. Małej Łąki 8/23, 02-793 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0001258468, NIP 9512653744, REGON 545425772, share capital PLN 5,000 (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@transitsignals.com. These Terms apply to “Your 2027 Transit Map” (the “Report”) and to “Your Next Month” (the monthly “Workbook”, Section 3A), wherever you buy them: on transitsignals.com, through a link from one of our partners, or on another platform. On transitsignals.com the Report is sold through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record: Stripe is the seller named at checkout, takes your payment, collects and pays any VAT or sales tax, and issues your receipt. If you buy through a platform that sells in its own name (Stripe on our site, an app store or another reseller), that platform’s terms govern payment, taxes and refunds, and these Terms govern the Report and the Workbook themselves. We remain responsible for creating and delivering them. Prices include any VAT or sales tax that applies. You accept these Terms at checkout: in the EU and the UK by ticking the box that says so, elsewhere by pressing “Get my map” (or, for Your Next Month, the button of your plan) under the line that says so.

2.Who can buy

You must be at least 18. You can buy for yourself, or as a gift for another adult if you have their permission to use their birth data.

3.What you buy

A personalized astrology report for the year 2027, created from the birth data and answers you give us. You receive it twice: as a private interactive web page and as a PDF to download and keep (A4, around 60 pages). It includes:

• your birth chart and a personal portrait;
• the main planetary transits of your year and the areas of life (houses) they touch;
• a page dedicated to the intention you set;
• a month-by-month guide with every New Moon and Full Moon, eclipses and retrograde periods;
• the visual style you chose.

The guide covers the twelve months of 2027, from January to December, whenever you buy it. Exact content and page count depend on your chart. Sample pages on the site are examples.

You choose one of two packages at checkout:

• Essential: the Report as described above, as an interactive web page and a PDF.
• Plus: everything in Essential, and also
  • a second lens of your choice: the Report reads your year through one more area of life;
  • “Your month ahead”: an email on the 1st of every month of 2027 with that month from your Report and a link to it (you can stop these emails at any time with the link in each one);
  • a light A4 edition of the PDF, laid out to print;
  • 30 days of the Transit Signals app with all its features (Premium), starting when you pay, so you can follow your transits day by day; if you already have an active subscription, it simply continues.

Each package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

3A.Your Next Month

A personal workbook for one calendar month, about 17 A4 pages, written from your birth chart and the time zone you choose: the month’s planets and key dates, a calendar, the Moon day by day, the weeks, the New and Full Moon, short sessions with questions, and a review. You receive it by email as a PDF, with a calendar file of its dates and a link to a web version. You choose one of three plans:

• Monthly: a subscription, one Workbook every month;
• Yearly: a subscription paid once a year, one Workbook every month of that year;
• One month: a single Workbook, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Subscriptions are described in Section 7A.

4.How it is made

We calculate your chart with astronomical software. The text is written with the help of artificial intelligence, based on your chart and answers and our editorial guidelines. Every Report passes quality checks before delivery.

5.Your information

You are responsible for entering correct data. If you do not know your birth time, we draw your chart for 12:00 noon as a solar chart, the way astrologers work when the hour is unknown: the twelve houses are counted from your Sun sign, the rising sign (Ascendant) is left out, and the Moon’s exact position may be off by a few degrees. Please do not enter health, medical or other sensitive details in the free-text fields.

6.Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout before you pay and includes any VAT or sales tax that applies. Payment is handled by Stripe, the seller named at checkout, which may ask for your billing address to work out the tax; we never see your full card details. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. Stripe emails you the receipt, and we email you when your Report is ready; for an invoice, write to us and we will get it to you from Stripe.

7.Delivery

After payment we create your Report and email you a private link to it and to its PDF, usually within an hour and at the latest within 48 hours. The link does not expire, so please keep the email; if you lose it, write to us and we will send it again. If you have not received it, check your spam folder and write to us. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Your first Workbook is emailed right after your payment, usually within minutes. With a subscription, each following Workbook is emailed on the 25th of the month before the month it covers.

7A.Subscriptions (Your Next Month)

• First payment. You pay for your first month at checkout and receive its Workbook at once.
• Renewal. A Monthly subscription renews on the 25th of every month and pays for the following month. A Yearly subscription renews one year after it started. Each renewal is charged automatically to the payment method you used, at the price you agreed to, unless we told you of a new price at least 30 days before.
• Reminders. We email you 3 days before each Monthly payment and 7 days before each Yearly payment.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in one click with the “Manage your plan” link in every Workbook email. Your subscription then stops at the end of the period you have paid for, nothing more is charged, and you keep every Workbook you have received.
• No proration. We do not split periods: cancelling or changing your plan does not refund part of a month or year already paid.

8.Corrections

If you entered a wrong name, birth date, time or place, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will write your Report or Workbook again once, free of charge. A change of intention or style after delivery counts as a new order.

9.Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

The Report and each Workbook are digital content made for you personally. By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to start creating them immediately and confirm that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for each one once it is delivered. You can still cancel a subscription at any time for the months not yet delivered (Section 7A).

10.No refunds, free fixes

• Your Report and your Workbooks are written for you and delivered at once, so they are not refundable.
• Free fixes. If something is wrong, our mistake or wrong birth details, write to hello@transitsignals.com within 14 days of delivery and we will fix it or write it again for free.
• Before delivery you can cancel by writing to hello@transitsignals.com and get a full refund.
• Your statutory rights stay: if your Report or a Workbook does not conform to this description (for example parts are missing, the file does not open, or we used data different from what you entered) and we cannot fix it, you may ask for a price reduction or a refund as the law provides. Refunds are made through Stripe to your original payment method.

10A.Discount codes

• Creator codes (for example NICOLE15) give 15% off the Report, or off the first payment of Your Next Month.
• Reminder codes, sent by email after an unfinished checkout, give 20% off the Report and work for 48 hours.
• Free map codes (MAP-…) make one Report free; we give them to creators and partners.
• One code per order. Codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Reminder codes and free map codes work once.

11.For reflection and entertainment

Astrology is not a science. The Report is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not predict events. Do not make important decisions based only on the Report.

12.Your use of the Report

The Report and the Workbooks are for your personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share pages of them on social media. You may not resell or republish it. We keep all rights in our texts, designs and software.

13.Partner links

Some creators and partners recommend Transit Signals and may earn a commission when you buy through their link or code. Your price stays the same, unless a partner code gives you a discount. Partners never see your birth data or answers.

14.Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the Report or for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

15.Changes

We may update these Terms. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.

16.Law and disputes

Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may use out-of-court dispute bodies there. Please write to us first at hello@transitsignals.com; most issues can be solved directly.
